The playbook aims to make it easier to plan, deliver and measure projects across HUIT service areas. The Playbook is intended to provide guidance on right-sized best practices to accelerate project ramp up from assignment to kickoff. |
The Playbook promotes ease of use by providing checklists as “jump start” guides and simple templates that have been compiled from project leaders throughout HUIT.
The Project Playbook is organized in two ways:
- Materials are presented by the five PMI Process Groups
- The same content is reorganized by areas of project managment focus
